There are 11 beaches on the romanian shore:

Mamaia,Eforie Nord,Eforie Sud,Olimp,Neptun,Jupiter,Venus,Saturn,Mangalia,2 Mai and ofcourse Vama Veche (from North to South).
The romanian shore fits for any pocket big or small.
If you're planning a luxury vacation than Mamaia beach is for you,you're gonna find 5* hotels with excelent staff and conditions,some of the best clubs in Romania are find in Mamaia,and probably the hottest and beautifull womens in Europe.
On the South you will find Vama Veche,if you're a rocker,or just a person who loves to go camping in the tent,or you love folk music,and a more the type of a classic beach,then this fits for you,there  are a lot of specially arranged camping sites,and they cost very less,around 2$ dollars/day in working days and 3$/day in the weekend,booze and food will cost you around 10 to 20 $,it deppends on how much do you want to drink.
I personally prefer,Costinesti beach,because it has decent prices on the beach,a beer costs around 0.80$,the beach is full of young people willing to have the fun of theyr life,and what attracts me the most is the main atraction,and that is MegaDiscoteca Tineretului,if you love house music and high quality sound,with bass that will make your lungs vibrate,you really need to visit it,the prices are quite high but it deserves every penny.Every night of the week the best artists of the summer are invited to sing on the stage and everytime they make a great atmosphere.
If you're a family guy,or just wanna let some steam off,and just enjoy the beach,sun and sun,you have to go to 2 Mai beach,is a great place to relax,and have fun with you're familly.
So far this are the beaches i've spend my most of the time.i recommand them as being the best of the romanian shore. Hope that this post will help you if you're planning to visit it.
